We are a team of online pregnancy, pediatric, and family dietitians and nutritionists supporting families through every stage.
Nutritionists & Dietitians helping with Fertility, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Pediatric, and Family Nutrition throughout Canada and the US.
Our team has worked with many families, from planning for a baby, getting through pregnancy, to figuring out how to feed kids with different needs.

When it comes to family nutrition, we’ll help you build balanced meals that fit your budget and your life. That could be by finding creative ways to please a picky eater, making adjustments for allergies, or simply helping everyone eat a little better without extra stress.

As fertility and pregnancy nutritionists, we can help with fertility and family planning, along with trimester-specific nutrition for a healthy pregnancy for both mother and baby.

Our pediatric dietitians will make sure your kid’s nutrition will support their growth at every stage. We offer help, ranging from introducing solids to balanced teen meals.

We also offer pediatric support that is specialized for conditions like ADHD, autism, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, and other food sensitivities, always focusing on meals that are both nourishing and enjoyable.

Because parents are busy, we strive to share time-saving meal planning strategies that keep food costs in check. Quick ideas, make-ahead recipes, and realistic prep tips to make feeding your family a whole lot easier.

From tackling preconception to supporting IVF, and fertility in both men and women, you can trust our fertility dieticians to help you in your journey.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your session, and we aim to provide a transparent cancellation policy. Please review the following guidelines:
Cancellation Notice:
We kindly request that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation Fees:
If a client cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice or fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee will be charged. This fee is necessary because we are often unable to fill the vacant spot on short notice, resulting in lost opportunities for others.
Reminder Notifications:
To help you remember your upcoming sessions, we provide text and email reminders prior to your meeting. These notifications serve as a helpful reminder and offer a convenient way to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Clients have the option to manage their appointments through their client portal. This allows for easy cancellation or rescheduling of sessions at your convenience. We encourage you to use this feature if your plans change.
Our goal is to provide quality service to all our clients while respecting everyone’s time. By adhering to this cancellation policy, you help us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Our dietitians provide insurance receipts at the end of each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if they cover nutritionists and/or dietitians.
If you are unhappy with the services or approaches of one of our prenatal or pediatric dieticians, please contact customer service. We are happy to transfer you to a new dietician; all of our notes are within the same system, so if you approve of the transfer, your new dietitian can access your file and start where you left off with your last dietician.
We want to create a trusting relationship with all of our clients. If you are dissatisfied, we offer 100% refunds.
Our nutriton plans and services are made to meet the needs of all age groups and development stages. From infants to adults, we create age-appropriate nutrition guides and meal ideas to support every individual’s healthy growth and wellness.
Sessions last one hour or thirty minutes. The family nutritionist will use the last 5 minutes of the 30 minutes and the last 10 minutes of the consultation hour to complete their notes, do the billing, and send you any materials you have discussed.

Yes, we can create personalized meal plans for you using the That Clean Life and Nutrium apps. You will receive your meal right after the session.
