Frequently asked questions

  • Do you give meals plans?

I create my meal plans through a user-friendlyThat Clean Life and Nutrium system. You get your meal plans after each session. However, before receiving a meal plan, we must first have an initial assessment to ensure I know your particular goals, medical history, current intake, and preferences before making any informed recommendations.

    Cancellation Fees:

      • Should a client cancel within less than 24 hours before their scheduled consultation, 100% of the session fee will be charged. This fee is in place to protect the time of our dietitians and avoid lost opportunities for others.

    Reminder Notifications:

      • To help avoid these cancellation fees, we send email and text reminders before any meetings to serve as a reminder that can often allow you to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your session should anything come up.

Your credit card information will be necessary to book consultations, but there will be no charge until the end of your session or if there is a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • Can you create a super bill for me?

Yes, after each session, I can provide the necessary paperwork to bill your insurance for my services if they are covered.
