Insights into past and present experience:

Pediatric Nutrition: Pediatrics has been at the heart of Jennifer’s career from the beginning. She has worked across a wide range of pediatric settings, including pediatric medicine, NICU, PICU, and much more.

Infant Nutrition: Jennifer has extensive professional experience working with infants, including several years of clinical work involving babies and experience within the NICU. She also brings the personal experience of introducing foods and navigating infant nutrition with her own three children.

Picky Eating Nutrition: Professionally, Jennifer has supported children and teenagers experiencing selective eating and food aversions. At home, she understands firsthand that children’s food preferences change and that feeding multiple children can come with plenty of challenges.

Autism & ADHD Nutrition: Jennifer also has personal experience through having a nephew who is on the autism spectrum, which has given her additional insight into some of the everyday feeding challenges families may encounter.

Child Nutrition: Most of Jennifer’s clinical career has involved working with children, and pediatric nutrition has been a passion of hers since her dietetic internship. Her experience ranges from highly specialized clinical nutrition support to individual family education and counselling.

Teenager Nutrition: Jennifer focuses on helping adolescents meet their changing nutrition needs while developing practical habits that can support them as they become increasingly independent with food.

Family Nutrition: As a mom of three, Jennifer knows that creating a theoretically “perfect” meal is very different from feeding an actual family. Much of her pediatric work has also involved working directly with parents, helping them make changes that benefit not only one child but the family as a whole.

Parent Support and Meal Planning: Parents are a central part of Jennifer’s approach. As a working parent herself, Jennifer understands how difficult it can be to balance work, meals, grocery shopping, school schedules, activities, and family life.

Lactation & Breastfeeding Nutrition: Jennifer breastfed each of her three children for more than a year, giving her firsthand understanding of the practical realities of breastfeeding alongside recovery, changing nutrition needs, sleep deprivation, and caring for a growing family.

Fertility Nutrition: Jennifer is passionate about helping individuals prepare for pregnancy and understands that the preconception and fertility journey can bring a heightened focus on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall health, with many questions during this stage.

Pregnancy Nutrition:  Jennifer’s approach focuses on helping clients make sense of nutrition during pregnancy in a way that feels practical and manageable, while supporting their changing needs throughout this important stage of life.

Postpartum Nutrition: Jennifer has professional experience supporting postpartum women as well as her own experience navigating postpartum recovery three times.

Baby-Led Weaning Nutrition : Jennifer understands that starting solids can bring a lot of questions, and loves to help parents understand: what foods to offer, how to build balanced meals, how to introduce new textures, and how to make sure your baby is getting the nutrients they need.

    Cancellation Fees:
