Navigating autism and mealtime can be challenging. Our dietitians provide personalized nutrition strategies to support your child’s health, growth, and comfort around food.
We understand the unique relationship between autism and food. Our pediatric dietitians use a supportive, individualized approach to make mealtimes more nourishing and less stressful.

Many children with autism experience sensitivities to textures, smells, and tastes. We tailor strategies that honor your child’s sensory profile while supporting variety and nutrition.

Limited food choices can make balanced nutrition difficult. We help families gradually expand accepted foods using respectful, evidence-based methods that work for neurodivergent kids.

We assess your child’s current intake to uncover common deficiencies like iron, zinc, fiber, and omega-3s—and create a realistic plan to improve their intake.

Consistency can be calming. We help build mealtime routines that reduce anxiety, improve intake, and foster a positive relationship with food.

We support families through food jags—when a child eats only one food repeatedly—by offering practical tools to reintroduce variety at your child’s pace.
We offer simple, personalized support to help your child feel more at ease with food and improve their overall nutrition. Here’s how we can help:

Yes! Extreme picky eating is very common in autism. We work with you to gently expand your child’s accepted foods using practical, non-pressuring methods that are sensitive to their needs.
If we identify any nutrient deficiencies or risk areas, we can recommend appropriate supplements and help you choose ones that are safe and effective for your child.
Absolutely. We often collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and pediatricians to ensure your child receives well-rounded, coordinated care.
As a baby transitions to solids, they must be exposed to a variety of nutrient-dense foods that provide essential vitamins and minerals like iron, calcium, and vitamin D. Our infant dieticians will create a personalized nutrition plan to ensure your baby is meeting all their nutritional needs during the weaning process.
Here’s how it usually works:
In Canada:
Many insurance plans cover dietitian or nutritionist services.
We recommend calling your provider to confirm.
If you’re covered, your children are often included in the plan.
We’ll give you an insurance receipt after each session for reimbursement.
In the U.S.:
We’re not in-network with U.S. insurance providers.
However, we can give you a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
