Helping your child eat better—without the mealtime battles.
We help picky eaters expand their diet with ease.

Our pediatric dietitians help children with sensitivities to textures, smells, and temperatures by using gentle, step-by-step exposure methods that make trying new foods less stressful.

We work with families to create positive, low-pressure mealtime routines that ease tension at the table and encourage kids to eat more willingly.

Our dietitians assess your child’s current diet and create tailored strategies to support healthy growth while ensuring all nutrient needs are met.

We guide parents through the shift to more complex textures with practical tips, meal ideas, and reassurance to help children adapt confidently.

Our team of pediatric dietitians helps you build consistent schedules and supportive environments so mealtimes become predictable and calm.

Using your child’s accepted foods as a starting point, our pediatric nutritionists gradually expand food variety at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

We adapt our strategies to match your child’s age, offering realistic, stage-appropriate solutions for selective eating.

Our family nutritionists use proven techniques to encourage food acceptance through repeated, no-pressure exposure in a positive setting.

We involve the whole family in creating a collaborative, supportive approach to improve mealtime dynamics and feeding success over the long term.
During your first session, your dietitian will:

Provide handouts, tools, and ongoing support options
All consultations are done virtually, so you can meet with us from the comfort of your home.

Absolutely. Our dietitians work with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children, adapting strategies to your child’s developmental stage and personality.
We’ll take time to understand your child’s eating habits, growth patterns, and family routines. From there, we create a personalized plan and provide clear next steps to help your child feel more comfortable with food.
That’s okay—progress takes time. We focus on gradual exposure, building trust, and reducing pressure so your child can move at their own pace while still improving their intake.

In the U.S.:
We’re not in-network with U.S. insurance providers.
However, we can give you a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
